About International Shipping
Our official international shipping is available only to countries and regions that can be selected at checkout.
If your country or region cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there directly.
Shipping fees depend on the destination, package weight, and the amount displayed at checkout.

Only countries and regions available at checkout are eligible for EGDE official international shipping.
Countries or regions that cannot be selected at checkout are currently unavailable for direct shipping from EGDE.
Duties, Import Taxes, and Customs Fees
Duties, import taxes, customs fees, and other import-related charges may be required depending on your country or region.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.
If a package is refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid duties, import taxes, customs fees, incorrect address, long-term absence, or the customer’s circumstances,
the customer may be responsible for the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and any related costs.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, postal conditions, weather, and local delivery circumstances.

Important Notice for Indonesia, South Korea, and China

For Indonesia:
When shipping to Indonesia, it is mandatory to include the 15-digit Tax Identification Number (NPWP).
Please check the NPWP number and enter it after the recipient's first name in the shipping address. -
For South Korea:
A customs clearance code (PCCC) may be required for deliveries to South Korea.
Please check the recipient’s clearance code and include it after the recipient's first name in the shipping address. -
For China:
A personal customs clearance code (ID) may be required for deliveries to China.
Please check the recipient’s code and include it after the recipient's first name in the shipping address.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
1. Cancellations Before Shipment
Cancellations may be accepted only before the order has been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through the inquiry form, email, or phone.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
2. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges for Customer Convenience
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for customer convenience, including but not limited to:
- wrong size
- color or image differences
- change of mind
- incorrect order
- duplicate order
- incorrect shipping address
- refusal to receive the package
- failure to pay duties, import taxes, customs fees, or local fees
Please carefully check the product description, size guide, color, quantity, and shipping address before placing your order.
3. International Orders
All international orders are final sale after shipment.
We do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders after shipment, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Duties, import taxes, customs fees, and other import-related charges may be required depending on your country or region. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- photos of the item
- photos of the package
- a description of the issue
After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
Items must be unused. We may not be able to assist if the item has been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior contact.

Shipping Timing
Orders are shipped as soon as within 2 business days after order confirmation.

*Shipping may take longer than 2 business days when order volume is high, depending on stock availability or order volume.
Consolidation of Multiple Orders
Multiple orders placed close together may be consolidated and shipped as one package at our discretion.
Please be aware of this in advance.
Delivery Date and Time Specification
We do not accept specific delivery dates or time slots.
Please note that the number of days or time slots for delivery may vary depending on the delivery company, destination region, traffic conditions, weather, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
Important Notes, Address Changes, and Long-Term Absence
- Deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some remote island areas may take longer than usual.
- Changes to the delivery address after shipping will be handled as a "forwarded delivery" by the delivery company, and the forwarding fee may be borne by the customer upon delivery.
- Arrival times and dates may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as transportation malfunctions or severe weather.
- During busy periods such as the New Year holidays, deliveries may take longer than usual.
Sagawa Express Office/Service Center Hold (Sagawa Express)
You can also use Sagawa Express's office hold or service center hold.
If you wish to do so, please enter the address of the desired office (service center) in the shipping address field and
write "To ○○ Office (Service Center) Hold".
Please enter your own name and phone number.

About Leave-at-Door Delivery
If leave-at-door delivery is specified, regardless of whether the customer is home or not,
delivery will be considered complete when the item is left at the specified location, and we will deem our delivery obligation to the customer fulfilled.
We shall not be liable for any damage resulting from:
- Loss or theft of the product
- Stain or damage
- Leakage of information on the shipping label
after the completion of delivery to the specified location. Thank you for your understanding.

Long-Term Absence / Refusal to Accept Delivery
- If an order is canceled or refused by the customer after the product has been shipped, the actual shipping costs will be charged.
- If an item is not received for a certain period due to absence, etc., the package will be returned to our company.
- If an item is returned, the order will be canceled, and you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
- Even during free shipping promotions or campaigns, we may charge the actual shipping costs that would normally be borne by our company.
Use of International Forwarding Services
EGDE does not recommend or arrange international forwarding services.
Our official international shipping is available only to countries and regions that can be selected at checkout. If your country or region cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there directly.
If you independently choose to use an international forwarding service, our responsibility is limited to domestic delivery to the address specified in Japan.
Once the package has been delivered to the forwarding service address in Japan, EGDE is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, customs issue, additional fees, delivery problem, return, or failed delivery that occurs after that point.
Please contact your forwarding service directly for any issues after they receive the package.
