Timing of product shipment
Unless otherwise specified:
- Credit card payment: Your order will be shipped within the shortest possible business day after confirmation.
- If you use other prepayment methods (bank transfer, etc.): We will ship your order within 2 business days after confirming your payment.

You can choose from the following time slots.

- 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Even if you specify a time period, delivery may not be possible within the specified time due to traffic conditions, weather, region, etc.
In addition, the time zone specification service is only available if the delivery address is an individual.
If the delivery address is a corporation such as a store, we may not be able to deliver as specified.
Important points, address changes, and long-term absences
- In Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some remote islands, we may not be able to deliver your order as requested, even if you specify a desired delivery date and time.
- If you change the delivery address after shipping, the delivery company will treat it as a "forwarding" and you may be required to pay the forwarding fee.
- In the event of force majeure such as transportation problems or bad weather, the arrival time and date may be delayed or advanced.
- During busy periods such as the New Year holidays, delivery may take longer than usual.
About holding packages at sales offices and service centers (Sagawa Express)
You can also have your package held at a Sagawa Express branch office or service center.
If you wish, please enter the address of the desired branch (service center) and "Pick up at XX branch (service center)" in the delivery address field.

About delivery
If you specify that your parcel be left at your door, we will deliver it to you regardless of whether you are at home or not.
Delivery is considered complete when the product is placed in the designated location, and we will consider that we have fulfilled our obligation to deliver the product to the customer.
After delivery to the specified location is completed,
- Loss or theft of goods
- Defacement/damage
- Leakage of information written on shipping tags

Regarding the use of overseas forwarding service companies
If you use a forwarding service company to send your package overseas, after we have delivered it to your specified address,
We cannot take any responsibility for the status of delivery of the package after it has been received by the forwarding service company.
Please contact the forwarding service company yourself.
If you use your forwarding service company, we just support the domestic delivery part in Japan.
Please note that we do not take any responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused through your forwarding service company.

Regarding long-term absence or refusal to receive parcels
- If you cancel or decline to receive the product after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the actual shipping costs.
- If a certain period of time passes without you receiving the item due to absence or other reasons, the package will be returned to us.
- If the item is returned, your order will be cancelled and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Cancellations and returns (refunds and exchanges)
